Gunner was professionally trained with Tim Boyce, earning his seasoned title at 2 years of age. He has competed in Boykin Nationals in Novice and Intermediate, where he earned a qualifying score in Novice.
His owner is more involved in the sport and is continuing to be amateurly trained by his owner, with the help of professionals.
He hunts Reelfoot Lake, Arkansas swamp, rice fields, and corn fields. He adapts well to whatever hunting scenario thrown at him. At the end of the day, he is ready to snuggle with a bone and his family. Gunner is great with kids of all ages, and other dogs. When he is not hunting, he is playing the role of office dog with his owner. |
